Blended Program... Both the Fresno Production Center and Sanger Packaging offer a Blended Program option. By "Blending" the Production Centers with the Community Integrated Program (CIP), this option offers individuals vocational site-based and community-based opportunities. This CIP option also offers individuals knowledge of community events and resources, safety skills training, a greater variety of peer interaction, and increased guidance in appropriate social behavior.
The Blended Program is a creative addition to CIP ( Community Integration Program ), which gives individuals an opportunity to participate in paid work experience at Arc Fresno's Production Center, and enjoy the activities of the CIP program on alternate days.
The Blended Program may also serve as a transitional component to full time employment in the Production Centers.
