Community Employment

Consumers participating in the Employment Plus program will be provided with the necessary services, supports and follow-up to ensure job retention, job satisfaction, maximum earnings and employer satisfaction. Prior to an individual, group or commercial services placement, all consumers will receive the benefits of Arc Fresno's pre-employment services. Each consumer will participate in a comprehensive pre-employment screening, evaluation and assessment to identify areas of employment interest and to determine training goals and skills needed to ensure successful job placement.
