The Arc Lends a Helping Hand to the Homeless

The Arc Fresno/Madera has partnered up with local churches and organizations like New Hope Church to provide a helping hand to our homeless community.  Our members and clients were excited to offer their time and care to an often neglected segment of our society.  Here is the story that CBS 47 covered.
