Responsible for supervision and training of individuals with developmental disabilities. Works closely with Case Manager & Program Manager to assist individuals in the development of their skills to their full potential, and foster their independence in a positive and caring manner. Completes required documentation. The Life Skills Coach 1 would also be responsible for providing personal care and hygiene needs for the individuals we serve. This includes: attending to restroom needs, feeding, and assistance with ambulation. Prefer individuals with experience using equipment such as a Hoyer Lift, Changing Beds, and Gait Belts. Additional requirements for this role include: High School Diploma / GED. Prefer three to six months of related experience working with developmentally disabled individuals or special populations. Language Skills include the ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write accurate and legible correspondence. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands or arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift an/or move up to 50 pounds. Life Skills Coach 3 (Compensation: $12.00 per hour)

Responsible for the supervision and training of individuals with developmental disabilities. Works closely with Case Manager and Program Manager to assist individuals in the development of their skills to their full potential. Provides care, supervision, instruction, and/or job coaching for the individuals we serve. Use the established methodologies for achieving client goals and tracking progress. Development of activities, curriculum, schedules, and vocational procedures with support from the Case Manager and Program Manager. Assist the Case Manager in the implementation of various strategies and plans. Assists with personal hygiene including: toileting, feeding, and ambulation needs as necessary.
Life Skills Coach 11 (Compensation: $14.00 hourly)
ONE Position Available In Madera
The Production Coordinator (LSC11) will assist the Program Manager by coordinating the day-to-day contract operations of the Madera Production Center; to include safety, shipping and receiving, transportation of goods, quality assurance, workflow monitoring, and shop organization. Performs client activity data entry as needed. Upholds basic principles. Maintains an ongoing inventory of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. Ensures that all time studies and individual evaluations for clients/trainees receiving commensurate wages are initiated in a timely fashion. Makes routine adjustments and repairs to equipment, or assures that such is done. Maintains accurate records of materials received and items produces. Acts as a substitute for absent floor supervisors. Schedule and conduct time studies and client performance ratings with proper training and oversight. Expedite the execution of production contracts and implement day-to-day priorities as established by Program Manager.
Under direction, performs a variety of technical accounting duties including accounts receivable and payable. Prepare and submit customer invoices, monitor customer accounts for nonpayment and delayed payment, perform all necessary account, bank, and other reconciliations, check, verify, and process A/P invoices, analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices. Update, verify, and maintain accounting journal and ledgers, assist in month end reporting procedures, find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies. Perform filing and general administrative tasks. Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors. Cross train with other staff in the department. Duties and assignment may overlap depending on the operational needs of the department and staffing levels. Uphold the company philosophy of the Basic Principles of a Collaborative Workplace.
The Program Manager is to administer and monitor all aspects of the daily operation of the program and to ensure that the goals and objectives for each client enrolled in the program are addressed through the delivery of quality services/case management. The Program Manager is authorized to hire, train, coach, evaluate, discipline, and terminate program staff. Furthermore s/he is authorized to take appropriate and prudent action in emergency situations, conduct weekly program trainings, and conduct staff meetings. The Program Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining various systems to monitor and track petty cash, keys, passcodes, supplies, and curriculum. The Program Manager is also responsible for completing site visits/ spends time in classroom to ensure proper client interactive training is performed by staff. Ensures that all time studies are completed accurately and timely. Ensures open and consistent communication with internal and external people. There is a necessity to drive a personal vehicle. Education: Associates Degree or Equivalent from an accredited College. Experience: 1-2 Years Management, 1-2 Years Landscaping/Janitorial.
