Program Manager RTC

Reedley

Position Summary

To administer and monitor all aspects of the daily operation of the program and to ensure that the goals and objectives for each client enrolled in the program are addressed through the delivery of quality services/case management.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes short/long range goals and objectives for the department with the Program Director.
  • Participates in formulating the annual budget with the Director of Finance and the Director of Programs and monitors monthly thru profit/loss reports.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring and terminating staff as needed with the approval of the Program Director.
  • Addresses and documents staff performance issues and performs yearly performance evaluations of all 12 staff.
  • Will be required to provide direct service duties as needed in order to meet the needs of the consumer and/or programs and customer contracts.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility and assigned vehicles. Assures that staff completes daily and weekly vehicle checks and that vehicles are taken in for preventative maintenance.
  • Responsible for the purchase, use/implementation, development of program equipment, supplies, curriculum for use by the staff to meet clients’ goals and objectives.
  • Ensures that case management services are administered according to agency standards through the work of the Case Manager.
  • Completes site visits/spends time in classroom or community to ensure proper consumer interactive training is performed by staff.
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to licensing requirements under Title 22 and Title 17.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred with one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and 2 year in management or five years of experience in a human services system including at least one year in management or supervisor position.
  • Position requires experience with computers software such as: Windows, Word and Excel.
  • Must possess valid and clean California Drivers License, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal record tests.
  • Requires good organizational skills.
  • Non-profit experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Direct Care Staff / Life Skills Coach 3 (Compensation: $12.00 per hour)

Kerman

Position Summary:

Responsible for supervision and training of individuals with developmental disabilities. Works closely with Case Manager and Program Manager to assist individuals in the development of their skills to their full potential. Provide care, supervision, instruction, and/or job coaching for the individuals we serve. Use the established methodology for achieving client goals and track progress. Development of activities, curriculum, schedules, and vocational procedures with support from Case Manager and Program Manager. Assist the Case Manager in the implementation of the Individual Service Plans and Individual Habilitation Component, and provides documentation as directed by the Program Manager. Assists with personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and ambulation needs as necessary. Takes direction from supervisors and gives/receives coaching and feedback in the moment in a positive manner. Practices good customer service skills at all times.

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:

Prefer three to six months of related experience working closely with developmentally disabled individuals or special populations. Willingness to work with individuals that have behaviors. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. 

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma, or GED. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
